Information you submit

Access requests use your email and consent so PIXMELLO can review eligibility and send access instructions. Requests are delivered to the studio’s support inbox through a configured delivery provider. They are not marketing subscriptions.

Questions and deletion requests

Email support@pixmello.com with requests about data you supplied. Billing records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Final provider-specific retention details must be completed before public sales launch.
